Everything started in 2001 when I started my apprenticeship with Philippe Le Cann in Art & music shop in Brest, France along with the studies at the institute of music and technology ( ITEMM ) in Le Mans, France.
I learnt during those two years the basics of guitar making and repairs.
I then started my own company in Place Guerin, Brest and ran that guitar shop successfully for about 15 years before moving to Northern Ireland to take up a new job opportunity working for Lowden Guitars. During my time at Lowden I learned a lot and am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to work there for 3 years. After that I started to work for myself again because I love the freedom it gives me when I can create something myself from start to finish and I’m always so pleased with the end result - to turn a few pieces of wood into a beautiful instrument. It’s like magic to me and it something I’m passionate about every single day!
